Delete150 AED for attestation of medical Certificate from UAE Consulate (Approximate INR 3500). Payment through Credit/Debit Card only.
6270 INR for Biometric. This amount can be paid done through cash also.
If you want to do the medical checkup after reaching trivandrum, there are 5 GCC approved clinics, then cost at the clinic would be 5000 INR.
overall expense for this would be nearly 17000 ( 3500 + 6270 + 5000 + miscellaneous expenses)

ReplyDeletejust inform your company that you are not interested and need to cancel the visa. If the company not willing to cancel your visa, the visa approval will automatically cancel after 6 months. But within this period you can't apply for any other visa for uae.

2. you must have to sign the settlement letter for the cancellation. Company Doesnt have the right to cancel your visa without your settlement letter.But the company will get the security deposit of your visa after 6 months

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR UAE CONSULATE VISA STAMPING PROCEDURE.

2. Original Passport
3. Visa approval copy (it’s not mandatory. With passport they will find visa approval status)
4. International Debit, Credit card (with applicant name is must) or Multi currency card (opposite consulate UAE exchange available) to get attestation in medical report approx. Rs. 3750.(cash not accept in attestation section. However we will find some agents doing attestation immediately with cash)
5. Domestic/ International Debit, Credit card (with applicant name is must) or cash accepted Rs. 6270/- for cash there is a bank counter opened inside consulate.
The rates mentioned here is of Year 2016-17. It may get changed in future.
After all necessary documents there is a separate queue for without appointment we need to get token. We will get token based on rush this process will take 2/3 days. sometimes same day it will complete based on rush.
Better to be at embassy from 06.00 Am because of the long queue. The stamping process may take 2 days due to rush. Please plan your embassy office visit accordingly for those who come from northern parts of kerala or other south indian states. please note that closing of the visa issuance is at 12.30pm.

3- Take one color copy of Passport and Visa
4- 160 AED / Equal INR deposit in international banking facility enabled card which holds name of the Applicant.

Raw cash in the form of fees is not accepted in the embassy office.
Medical report attestation fee is to be paid in AED . International card or UAE Exchange multi currency card needed for that (Fee-Rs.3950 , in AED 159 )
Visa Stamping fee of Rs.6250 can be paid using Indian normal debit card

All visas should be properly cancelled even if someone is leaving the UAE or able to stay on a tourist visa, as they can have problems when attempting to re-enter the country on a visit visa. It is also not possible to obtain a new residency visa if the old one has not been properly cancelled.
After 6 months out of the country, a residence visa expires (becomes invalid), meaning you cannot use for entry to the UAE, nor can you enter the UAE on another visa until it's cancelled. Cancellation is different from expiry.
It is possible to cancel a residence visa from outside the UAE in one of two ways (I think).
1. Send your passport to your employer to get visa cancelled (which I would be reluctant to do).
2. Wait until 6 months passes then send copy of passport to employer to get visa cancelled.
Either way, you need cooperation of employer to cancel visa. Or contact the DNRD direct to see if they can cancel your visa without employer involvement.

Cancellation of Visa — The UAE Embassy does not cancel visas.

After completeion of VISA application you will get a reference number. For getting appointment online , You have to login to UAE External affairs ministry appointment portal ( https://visa.mofa.gov.ae/Sponsor/Index.aspx ) by using the UserId and password which is sent to Sponsor /PRO mobile.

If you take an appointment and complete the Medical checkup in your nearest GAMCA center and then reach thiruvananthapuram by early morning, then you can complete the whole process in a day.
In other case it will take 2 days. so plan according to that. For all these process it may take Rs upto 15000/-
UAE visa now available at consulate in TVPM... Work visas to UAE would now be issued at the consulate in Thiruvananthapuram.When the visa is ready, authorities would send a reference number to the applicant. As far as I know you should attest your qualification certificate at First at Norka and then present to UAE consulate.

I received Entry permit from my employer for my job in UAE.But i didn't receive any Reference number(When the visa is ready, authorities would send a reference number to the applicant).How can i fix my online appointment? Kindly advise.

Some times UAE companies will conduct interview in India and once you are selected, your sponsor recruiter will send you work visa along with a reference id , with which you can get appointment at UAE consulate and attest your certificates ...

ReplyDeleteIf you take an appointment and complete the Medical checkup in your nearest GAMCA center and then reach thiruvananthapuram by early morning, then you can complete the whole process in a day.
DeleteIn other case (with out appointment) it will take 2 days according to rush.

ReplyDeleteNo need. New procedure is applicable if you have received only reference number instead of visa. If you have received white or pink visa, nothing to do with UAE Consulate. Procedure is same as before. You can travel directly.

Hello Sir Good Morning! My employer sent me a visa reference and it has issue date 27 Aug 2017 and expire date 22 sept 2017. Sir now my confusion is the expire date which was I mention here is last date to go UAE embassy in India or to visit UAE?

DeleteAs per query, your VISA reference expiry date is September 22 2017. This mean you have to report at UAE embassy Consulate office at Trivandrum before September 22 2017 for stamping process. Once stamping is done , you will get further 60 days in which you have to travel to UAE.

UAE consulate in Trivandrum doing well for visa stamping process, but they will process agents ( who submitted medical reports to the agent for attestation) first, then to the regular people who came on first come first seve basis. All agents charging 3400-3500INR for medical attestation. Then collect the attested medical certificate from agent then have to stand inthe quee for visa stamping. It's one day process to complete visa stamping, unless there is huge crowd. No bags allowed inside the consulate, mobile should be switched off and handover at the gate. Please keep international debit/ credit with you for payment. Madhukar

Labour ban be lifted with:

2. the issuance of a Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the previous employer; (IF you have absconded, only the company/person that put you under absconded list can apply to remove.) and
3. in some cases, the payment of a fine.

Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) is issued to Indian Passport holders in case they have applied for Residential Status, Employment or Long term visa or for immigration. PCC cannot be issued for persons going abroad on Tourist Visa.
